When construction is finished, the campus will hold Flamingo’s Playhouse, Cornelia’s restaurant, Salty’s Market, Serenity Salon & Spa, indoor pools, fitness center, pickleball courts and much more! The Cottages are open and The Residences, 141 apartment homes, will begin renting in Spring 2023. Maintenance free, both offer bright, open floor plans, top-rated appliances, modern interior fixtures and lots of room where you could live well and age well.
