The Physicians Group at The Davis Community

The number of physicians available to treat aging adults has not kept pace with the growing population in Southeastern North Carolina. In response, The Davis Community opened a state of the art not-for-profit physicians practice in August 2009 to increase accessibility to quality health care. Currently the practice is awaiting a new tenant to serve the elders in the community. Watch this site in July 2010 for an announcement regarding the new physicians who will be available for new patient referrals.

The Physicians Group facility also houses the Champ Davis Pharmacy which serves the residents of The Davis Community as well as the general public.

Until the opening of the new Rehabilitation and Wellness Pavilion in October 2010, the Physicians Group serves as the campus site for outpatient physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy services.
